Strength training may also help you:<\/p>\n<p>Develop strong bones<br \/>\nManage your weight<br \/>\nEnhance your quality of life<br \/>\nManage chronic conditions<br \/>\nSharpen your thinking skills<\/p>\n<p>She is also into dancing, which helps build strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ajpmonline.org\/article\/S0749-3797(16)00030-1\/fulltext\">American Journal of Preventive Medicine <\/a>determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.<\/p>\n<p>Malhotra eats healthy food. \u201cTo lead a healthy lifestyle, you need to have a healthy balanced diet, exercise and rest. I am a fan of desi food and prefer dal chawal with ghee, dahi chawal, and khichdi,\u201d said in the above Instagram Live.<\/p>\n<p>Sanya doesn\u2019t eat meat. \u201cI wanted to become a vegetarian for a very long time. This year, it all happened very organically. Also, because of the second lockdown amid the pandemic,\u201d she told the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/entertainment\/bollywood\/sanya-malhotra-ditches-the-meat-confesses-she-is-falling-in-love-with-the-new-veggie-life-101628156152723.html\">Hindustan Times<\/a> \u201cSince I was alone in Mumbai, it gave me a lot of time to experiment in the kitchen and make good vegetarian and vegan stuff for myself to eat. During all that, I found a lot of substitutes for meat and eggs and dairy that I was used to eating. In fact, now, I\u2019m actually enjoying eating all the substitutes,\u201d she added. \u201cI can see a lot of difference (after the decision).
