Mynt posted record second-quarter revenue of P22.41 billion, up 6 percent year on year, while first-half revenue increased 10 percent to P43.15 billion.First-half net income reached P10.82 billion as the company continued investing in customer engagement, merchant acquisition and technology.The GCash parent filed applications in July for its proposed initial public offering with Philippine regulators. Mynt Inc., the parent company behind GCash, booked record revenue in the second quarter of 2026 as growth in payments, transfers and lending strengthened its financial performance ahead of a proposed stock market debut.<\/p>\n

Revenue climbed 6 percent to P22.41 billion from P21.12 billion a year earlier. That lifted first-half revenue by 10 percent to P43.15 billion from P39.18 billion. Net income reached P5.22 billion in the second quarter and P10.82 billion in the first half.<\/p>\n

The results show Mynt continuing to expand its core financial businesses while spending to improve customer engagement, acquire merchants and strengthen technology.<\/p>\n

By the numbers<\/p>\n

GCash’s lending arm Fuse Financing has disbursed P451 billion in loans life-to-date, up 57 percent from the previous year, serving more than 11.5 million unique borrowers.<\/p>\n

Mynt is also broadening its financial-services ecosystem. GInsure has provided coverage to 21.8 million users, while GSave has reached 17.9 million users. GFunds has 9.2 million users, GCrypto 5.2 million and GStocks 2 million registered users.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s next<\/p>\n

Mynt filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a listing application with the Philippine Stock Exchange in July for its proposed IPO.<\/p>\n

The offering remains subject to SEC registration and PSE listing requirements, market conditions, final offer terms and internal approvals, meaning the company has not yet committed to completing the listing under specific terms.<\/p>\n
