Photographer Mark Rielly<\/a> captured the falcon which has a \u201cnear threatened\u201d status on the IUCN red list of threatened species list.<\/p>\n

The bird is usually only found in Estonia, Slovakia and Hungary with sightings also seen in north-west China. The falcons migrate to south of Africa in the winter.<\/p>\n

Sightings of the species in the United Kingdom are reported annually but are rarely photographed.<\/a><\/p>\n
