\n “You see people at their most vulnerable, but you also get to see them recover, regain their independence and get back on their feet.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Knowing you’ve played a small part in that is incredibly special.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Over the years, she has cared for thousands of patients and worked alongside generations of colleagues, forming strong friendships along the way.\n<\/p>\n
\n She said: “We\u2019ve been through everything together \u2013 marriages, babies, celebrations and challenges.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The people I work with are amazing, and the friendships I\u2019ve made over the years mean so much to me.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Mould credits the dedication of NHS staff as being at the heart of the service.\n<\/p>\n
\n She said: “It\u2019s the people who make the NHS what it is.\n<\/p>\n
\n “There\u2019s so much commitment and care from everyone, and I feel very lucky to have worked alongside such wonderful colleagues.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Darrell Baker, Ms Mould\u2019s line manager who has worked with her for more than 13 years, praised her enduring enthusiasm and positive influence.\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Baker said: “I’ve worked with Julie for over 13 years and I can honestly say her passion for the job has never faltered.\n<\/p>\n
\n “She loves her patients and has always brought so much joy to the workplace.\n<\/p>\n
