{"id":738043,"date":"2026-08-14T18:58:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T18:58:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/738043\/"},"modified":"2026-08-14T18:58:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T18:58:09","slug":"robert-macintyre-withdraws-from-fedex-st-jude-championship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/738043\/","title":{"rendered":"Robert MacIntyre withdraws from FedEx St Jude Championship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tRobert MacIntyre will play no further part in the opening event of the PGA Tour\u2019s FedEx Cup Playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Robert MacIntyre has withdrawn after just one round at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.todays-golfer.com\/news-and-events\/tour-news\/fedex-st-jude-championship-prize-money\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FedEx St Jude Championship<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>MacIntyre cited a knee injury after his early exit from the PGA Tour\u2019s opening FedEx Cup playoff event at TPC Southwind in Memphis. <\/p>\n<p>The Scot carded a 12-over par 82 on Thursday, an ugly opening round that included three double bogeys and a triple bogey.
