The 37-year-old now has a tough choice in front of him, with Joseph Parker suggesting Whyte will consider retirement<\/a> after the one-round loss.<\/p>\n Much was made in the build-up of Whyte\u2019s trainer, Buddy McGirt, having never seen Itauma fight<\/a> before, allowing his charge to enter the ring with him, but it seems now McGirt has admitted to yet another oversight that worked against his man on the night.<\/p>\n Following the devastating defeat, McGirt considered where the team fell short in their preparation for the fight, stating,<\/p>\n \u201cTo be honest, he looked good in camp, you know, but the guys we had don\u2019t punch like this kid, you know what I mean, the guys that we were sparring?
