Employers are famously not great at knowing what their employees really want. Almost always, employees would prefer a little extra cash in their paycheck, not a poorly planned pizza party or an extra day of casual dress code.<\/p>\n
But in the age of AI, some managers are getting even more delusional about what it takes to raise morale, like in this story.<\/p>\n
