You\u2019re racing against some of the best guys of your generation and the level is extremely high.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cWe\u2019ve got a talented group heading there and, for the first time, we\u2019ll be racing L\u2019Avenir as a team, which is something we\u2019re really excited about. We want the guys to race with confidence, work together, make good decisions under pressure and take their opportunities when they come.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cDevelopment is obviously a big part of what the Racing Academy is about, but we also want to compete.
