Brighton have signed Promise David from Union Saint-Gilloise on a season long loan deal. <\/p>\n

The deal also includes a \u00a322m obligation to buy should certain criteria be met throughout the season. <\/p>\n

David scored 41 goals in 82 appearances for USG and helped them win the league title in 2024\/25. <\/p>\n

Another announcement from overnight with Crystal Palace having confirmed the signing of Zavier Gozo from Real Salt Lake. <\/p>\n

The 19-year-old joins on a five-year deal.<\/p>\n

David Ornstein of The Athletic<\/a> says that Manchester United are closing in on a move for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba. <\/p>\n

The current offer is for \u00a360m plus \u00a35m in add ons for the 22-year-old but that is below Brighton\u2019s valuation of the player. <\/p>\n

Talks are ongoing over an agreement between the clubs. <\/p>\n

Baleba has long been on United\u2019s radar and his transfer would bring more midfield reinforcements to the club ahead of the new season. <\/p>\n
