A grandmother says free anti-ageing habits she does every day have left people thinking she\u2019s 20 years younger.. Astrid Zeegen-Holt sayspeople can\u2019t figure out how old she really is.<\/p>\n

She says she has been mistaken for her 32-year-old daughter\u2019s sister, but the 60-year-old doesn\u2019t have a fancy or expensive routine and says it\u2019s all down to a few simple practices that cost nothing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember when I was mistaken for being my daughter\u2019s sister on a cruise,\u201d said the content creator, from Devon. \u201cWe got chatting to a couple, who after a few days, said that when they first met us they thought we were sisters.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was flattered \u2013 obviously.People don\u2019t often believe I\u2019m 60.They say I\u2019m ageing backwards.But it\u2019s all down to a few simple things.My skincare is important.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always take my make-up off.I try to walk 10,000 steps a day and only eat between 11am and 6pm.The biggest trick, though? Attitude.It plays a big part in how long you look and feel.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I did when I was so much younger \u2013 apart from my achy bits \u2013 but I get up and live every day like it\u2019s my last.\u201dShe begins her day with fruit, Greek yoghurt and honey.<\/p>\n

At lunchtime, she\u2019ll have leftover chicken from the previous night\u2019s dinner and for tea, it\u2019s usually an omelette with crackers and cheese or salad.Astrid\u2019s fashion sense also plays a role.She prioritises comfort over trends and purchases her wardrobe from small ethical independent shops, as well as vintage stores.<\/p>\n

The 60-year-old doesnt have a fancy or expensive routine<\/p>\n

Astrid said: \u201cI definitely dress for myself and no one else.I don\u2019t think my style has changed at all.I was often in trouble at school for not wearing the regular uniform, and I would go to jumble sales, dye my own clothes and make my own things.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know what suits me and what I like; that\u2019s always been the case.\u201d<\/p>\n
