The two-bedroom house sits tucked away within a residential street between Westbourne Grove and Portobello Road. It is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knightfrank.co.uk\/properties\/residential\/for-sale\/aldridge-lodge-aldridge-road-villas-notting-hill-w11\/ngh012652579\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">currently on the market<\/a> with Knight Frank for \u00a32.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Hidden behind a low brick wall, the detached house is largely concealed from the street. Inside, its two main levels open onto a central light well that brings natural sunlight deep into the house.<\/p>\n<p>The upper level contains the kitchen, dining and living spaces, where double-height sections and large panes of glass open views across the central void. Timber-lined ceilings and walls set off the concrete structure and polished-concrete floors.<\/p>\n<p>Downstairs are two bedrooms, both opening onto a private courtyard garden. The bathrooms use Salvatori marble, bespoke vanities and Vola fittings, with a steam shower in the principal suite.
