Chris Eubank Jr<\/a> has vowed to return to the ring despite calls for him to retire after his most recent performance, and now, it seems as though he will likely face a British former world champion in his comeback.<\/p>\n

Eubank trumped Conor Benn<\/a> back in April 2025, but the Sussex middleweight was fortunate to hear the final bell in their rematch, floored twice in the final round after a one-sided contest that levelled the scores between he and his most fierce rival<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Still, it was unclear whether Eubank was truly defeated by Benn, the weight cut, Father Time, or a combination of all three \u2013 and it appears as if the 36-year-old wants to find out for himself, refusing to hang up the gloves on the back of such an underwhelming showing.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, former IBF welterweight world champion Kell Brook teased that he could be Eubank\u2019s opponent for a mooted December fight date<\/a>, ending a near five-year spell of inactivity following his February 2022 retirement.<\/p>\n

Although, in an interview with Boxing King Media<\/a>, Eubank\u2019s manager Elliott Amoakoh confirmed that there is an \u201980% chance\u2019 of his fighter facing Brook or rematching Billy Joe Saunders upon his return.<\/p>\n

\u201c80% chance [that it is against either Kell Brook or Billy Joe Saunders]. It is very warm, that list is very warm.\u201d<\/p>\n
