including rice, potatoes, cheese and cooked pasta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"> READ MORE: <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.news.yahoo.com\/struggling-mum-requests-bigger-council-155828314.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Struggling mum requests bigger council house as family-of-seven crammed into three-bed home;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Struggling mum requests bigger council house as family-of-seven crammed into three-bed home<\/a> <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Fruit, certain seeds and grains and chopped peanuts can also be dished up on bird tables.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The RSPCA has stressed that any pasta left out must be cooked first.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">This is because raw, uncooked pasta could pose a risk to birds as it is difficult for them to digest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Raw pasta can also cause bloating, discomfort, or even internal damage if it expands after being ingested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Several bird species were facing threats due to habitat loss, dwindling food sources, climate change and pollution, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chroniclelive.co.uk\/news\/uk-news\/gardeners-urged-put-one-food-32284669\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:ChronicleLive;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">ChronicleLive<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">This is why people were being encouraged to lend a hand to assist birds in nourishing young fledglings this month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Fledglings are young birds that have recently left their nests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">However due to their age, they were still mastering the art of foraging for sustenance, and they require ample nutrition to grow properly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The RSPCA guidance states: &#8220;Birds love to eat fruit &#8211; apples, pears and soft fruits &#8211; and suitable seeds and grains &#8211; like nyjer, millet, oats, and sunflower seeds<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;Peanuts &#8211;
