Before this year, Uno-X Mobility had never raced more than one Grand Tour in a season, but new to the WorldTour in 2026, the Scandinavian team has thrived.<\/p>\n

Graduation is always a huge deal. It\u2019s the mark of achievement, of long years of hard work, of investment paid off. But intrinsic to graduating is a necessary step upward with all the growth and challenges that entails, whether it\u2019s from one school year to another, from university into the world of work \u2013 or from Pro to WorldTour level.<\/p>\n

Uno-X Mobility graduated with honours<\/a>, you might say, at the end of 2025 having secured 23 wins as a ProTeam including Omloop Nieuwsblad and a Tour de France stage, and finished 11th in the season\u2019s UCI rankings. In 2026 as a first-year WorldTeam, the entirely Norwegian-Danish team would have a busier calendar of consistently bigger races, including all three Grand Tours, debuting at two of them. This was a team that started 2026 with an extraordinary amount of motivation. They may not have set out explicitly to prove themselves worthy of the updated WorldTeam designation on the right breast of their jerseys, but oh boy, did they.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s fifth win of the season came on stage 15 of the Giro d\u2019Italia, where Fredrik Dversnes wrote Uno-X into the history books with an unlikely breakaway victory<\/a>. Two months later, and they did it again, this time with S\u00f8ren W\u00e6renskjold who robbed the big-name sprinters<\/a> on stage 11, a win that came just days after Torstein Tr\u00e6en had made more history with a short stint in yellow<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then on Friday 28th August \u2013 on a day Uno-X hoped to honour King Harald V, who\u2019d died the same morning \u2013 Andreas Leknessund completed the set at the Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
