Three men have been arrested after the driver of a car was killed and a bus driver was left with life-changing injuries following a crash in north-west London.<\/p>\n
The Met Police said officers were called to Honeypot Lane in Stanmore late on Sunday night. The driver of the car, a 25-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver, a 44-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries.<\/p>\n
Two men, aged 25 and 26, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. A 51-year-old man was later arrested for the same offence. They all remain in custody.<\/p>\n
Acting Det Insp Fiaz Janjua said the Met was working to “build a full picture of this incident”.<\/p>\n
The force said the next of kin of the man who died had been informed and were being supported by specialist officers.<\/p>\n
The road remained closed at the junction of Cumberland Road in both directions on Monday.<\/p>\n
