There are a number of transfer windows still open across Europe, most notably in Turkey and Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
Turkish clubs have until September 4 to conclude their business, while those in Saudi have until September 6.<\/p>\n
Crystal Palace\u2019s Ismaila Sarr was pushing to join Galatasaray earlier in the summer, before Liverpool tested the Eagles\u2019 resolve with two rejected bids.<\/p>\n
Saudi clubs are always monitoring the English market, and Chelsea\u2019s Pedro Neto has been linked with a move to the Gulf.<\/p>\n
