Popular fitness coach Joe Wicks paid a visit to Edinburgh as the public joined him for a morning run<\/a> on Saturday. The TV presenter headed to the capital and encouraged residents to join him for a run at at Lochore Meadows, Fife.<\/p>\n

Joe, who has built up a huge fitness empire, shared a post on social media and received hundreds of comments. The run took place at 9am on September 5.<\/p>\n

He posted a photo of him posing next to Edinburgh Castle and has visited restaurants and bars.<\/p>\n

In a post to his Facebook page, The Body Coach said: “SCOTLAND. Come and join me tomorrow at Lochore Meadows parkrun (September 5th) at 9am. Walk, run, jog!<\/p>\n

On his Facebook story, Joe also asked for restaurant recommendations in Edinburgh before dining at Capo on Howe Street.<\/p>\n

He shared several photos from the Park Run as locals joined him under a blue sky. Joe returned home on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Many fans of the body coach were quick to share their thoughts on his visit. One person said on Friday: “Drove from Aberdeen, staying in Dundee tonight to be at Lochore Meadows tomorrow for my 98th Parkrun. See you tomorrow.”<\/p>\n
