She was pronounced dead at the scene a short while later, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of child neglect and they remain in custody.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Police remain at the scene and a cordon has been put in place. Parts of Long Street have been closed.
