It\u2019s 50\u2019s sixth song to enter the Spotify Billions Club following \u201cIn Da Club,\u201d \u201cCandy Shop,\u201d \u201cP.I.M.P.,\u201d \u201cHate It Or Love It,\u201d and \u201c21 Questions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust A Little Bit\u201d was the third single from The Massacre, 50\u2019s follow-up to his landscape-shifting 2003 album Get Rich Or Die Tryin\u2019. His hot streak continued with The Massacre, which sent all four of its singles to the Billboard Hot 100 top 10. Recorded under the working title The St. Valentine\u2019s Day Massacre, the album might have spawned even more hits had 50 not given several tracks, like the classic \u201cHate It Or Love It,\u201d to the Game for his own album The Documentary. But The Massacre still put up a historic sales debut even without those songs, moving 1.14 million copies in its first four days\u2014the sixth-biggest debut of the Nielsen SoundScan era at the time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust A Lil Bit\u201d peaked at No. 3 on the Hot 100 and finished out 2005 as the year\u2019s 17th biggest hit overall according to the year-end Hot 100. It was certified Platinum by the RIAA the following year and has since gone 3x Platinum. It was also a top 10 pop hit in Canada, New Zealand, and the UK among other countries. Beyond the pop charts, \u201cJust A Lil Bit\u201d hit No. 1 on Billboard\u2019s Hot Rap Songs chart.<\/p>\n<p>The song\u2019s sitar-based beat comes from producer Scott Storch, who also produced \u201cCandy Shop.\u201d After hearing Storch\u2019s available beats during a trip to Miami, 50 recorded both singles in the same day. For the music video, directed by Benny Boom, 50 headed to Canc\u00fan to star as \u201cEl Jefe,\u201d a crime boss who employs beautiful women to set up his enemies.
