\n The Blue and White Knights Golf Day is returning to Barrow Golf Club on Wednesday, September 16 to raise money for Raiders.\n<\/p>\n
\n Head coach Paul Crarey has teamed up with the Blue and White Knights over the last few years to deliver the event.\n<\/p>\n
\n He said: “We’re all looking forward to it, it was a great event last year, we’re getting plenty of numbers, and the tees are filling up nicely.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We’re just looking for a few sponsors and a few more to join the golf.”\n<\/p>\n

\n Entry to this year\u2019s golf day is \u00a340 per person or \u00a3160 per team of four, and every penny raised will go towards ‘helping the Raiders continue to compete at the highest level’.\n<\/p>\n
\n A club spokesperson commented: “The event is all about bringing the community together, whilst raising vital funds for the club\u2019s 2027 budget.\n<\/p>\n
\n “A number of current Barrow Raiders players and coaches will be showing off their skills with a golf club, as well as some familiar faces from years gone by.”\n<\/p>\n
\n There will be tee times running from 9.30am to 12.30pm with players getting a bacon sandwich and coffee on arrival.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Last year was a fantastic day, and we want to make this one even bigger and better,” the spokesperson added.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The Blue and White Knights have supported the signing and retention of several key members of the Barrow Raiders first team squad, ensuring the club has been able to bring in and retain the right talent to help strengthen the squad.\n<\/p>\n
\n “There will be prizes for the top three teams, a raffle and presentations, which will take place at approximately 5pm.”\n<\/p>\n
