Mr Dyer had been attending a Surfers Against Sewage rally for state ownership of the water industry in Leysdown-on-Sea in Kent on Sunday alongside his daughter and singer Becky Hill.<\/p>\n
He was asked to talk through his “message for the Prime Minister”.<\/p>\n
But Mr Dyer replied: “I don\u2019t know who the Prime Minister is, mate. Do you?”<\/p>\n
When reminded that it had been Mr Burnham since July 20, he said: “Yeah, but who is he? I don\u2019t understand.”<\/p>\n
