Cesar Peixoto has enjoyed a positive start to life in the Molineux dugout and is being supported by a six-man technical team at Wolves.<\/p>\n

The group is made up of two assistant coaches, Leandro Morais and Diogo Coutinho, and first-team analyst Rodrigo Fernandes, who all worked with Peixoto at his former club Gil Vicente.<\/p>\n

Physical performance coach Sergio Teixeira and goalkeeper coach Pedro Miranda were also part of the Gil Vicente staff, while first-team analyst Andre Lopes has linked up with them for the first time at Molineux.<\/p>\n

The group, supported by the wider backroom team, have helped the Wolves players achieve 14 points from their first seven Championship fixtures this season, and Peixoto now discusses what each individual brings to his tight-knit technical staff.<\/p>\n

Leandro Morais | Assistant coach<\/p>\n

\u201cLeandro\u2019s is one of my assistants and manages the set pieces. We\u2019ve worked together for two years, and in the modern game set pieces are very important, in England and the Championship. He has a lot of experience to help the technical staff and me to look at and analyse the games live in the technical area. The guys who\u2019ve worked with me a long time know my idea of the game, and me as a leader, and we trust each other and our work, our idea of the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

Diogo Coutinho | Assistant coach<\/p>\n

\u201cDiogo manages the training sessions and is an important part of our work \u2013 we\u2019ve worked together for seven years. He plans and proposes the sessions, designing exercises, and after we discuss them all together and run the sessions. He\u2019s the guy who thinks about what we have to work on tomorrow, and the day after, and what we need to improve in training. He watches the training sessions and picks images to show the players, then after we discuss it together and go to the pitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rodrigo Fernandes | First-team analyst<\/p>\n

\u201cRodrigo analyses the opponent team and presents all the information so we can give it to the players. We\u2019ve been together for around five years. He watches the game in the stand and communicates to the bench. Leandro stays with me on the bench, but Rodrigo is important to see the whole game, and after we talk and manage the game. We analyse everything of the opposition, individually and collectively.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sergio Teixeira | Physical performance coach<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve known Sergio for five years and he manages the GPS work and physical data. He manages the physicality of the team before, during and after training. Sergio is very important, you see it in the sessions, he makes the guys run and work hard. He\u2019s a key point, because we want to press high \u2013 we want the ball all of the time, but it\u2019s not possible because other teams have quality, but when we lose the ball, we want a strong reaction to steal it back, so we have to be physically strong to do this for 90 minutes, game after game, and Sergio is important to get the team in good shape to attack the season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pedro Miranda | Goalkeeper coach<\/p>\n

\u201cPedro is our goalkeeper coach who develops our goalkeepers and analyses the opponent goalkeepers also. Like Leandro, we\u2019ve worked together for two years. With the way we play, it\u2019s important the goalkeeper knows how to build up from the back, how I want to start, and Pedro is important for that. I work as a team, not only the players, and my team is the same. Everyone has a job and everyone knows what we have to do. Everyone has an important task to put all of the information in the players during training, and after in the games.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andre Lopes | First-team analyst<\/p>\n

\u201cLike Rodrigo, Andre also analyses the opponent. We have our idea of the game, but strategically game after game we\u2019ll change little things to try to find the right space to attack and try to defend well the strengths of the opponent, so everyone knows what to do and has important work. As technical staff we work together all of the time and have good communication all of the time, and we know what we have to do and help each other to create a good environment. If you put the good environment in the technical staff, you put it into the club and improve the team.\u201d<\/p>\n
