His Ryder Cup record is 3-6-3, including a 1-4 showing last year at Bethpage Black.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"ax\">For a player who has been nearly automatic everywhere else, those numbers stand out.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-5\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"b2\">That is also part of what gives the International Team a little more hope than the overall talent gap might suggest.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-6\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"b7\">The United States still owns a massive historical advantage in the Presidents Cup, going 13-1-1 since the event began in 1994.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"bc\">But match play has a way of making individual rankings matter less.
