Now, Posh Pop Bakeshop<\/a> is planning to open its third location on the Upper West Side. A Samoa cookie, made of shortbread and topped with toasted coconut and caramel, dipped in chocolate, and finished with a chocolate drizzle, could be a winner for Girl Scout cookie fans when it\u2019s the off-season for local troops. And for the traditionalists, there\u2019s always a classic chocolate chip.<\/p>\n A variety of cookies: Hot Fudge Sundae, S\u2019mores, Nutella Stuffed Red Velvet, and Dulce de Leche Stuffed Churro<\/p>\n At Posh Pop\u2019s Bleecker Street location, cookies are displayed in the window, but there\u2019s more than meets the eye inside. The bakeshop offers multiple categories, starting with cakes, which can be ordered in full (6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, or 12-inch) sizes ranging from $99 to $325.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
