The total revenue from this partnership is expected to exceed $25 million over the next five years.

“We are excited to establish a market position with this leading medical OEM customer as they increase production of their advanced breast imaging technology and improve outcomes for the more than 40 million women in the U.S. who get mammograms every year,” stated OSS President and CEO, Mike Knowles. “This contract reflects the growing need across commercial markets for ruggedized, enterprise class compute capabilities. It also highlights our focus on pursuing high-growth, high-margin, and multi-year platform opportunities across both defense and commercial markets. We believe this contract has the potential to contribute over $25 million in cumulative sales over the next five years.”

This opportunity exemplifies how AI workloads, especially those involving medical imaging and real-time inference are demanding edge-native infrastructure that is compact, powerful and thermally optimized. As AI use cases grow in precision medicine, this deal reinforces a broader trend: AI is not just cloud centric, it is increasingly reliant on edge compute to meet latency, privacy, and regulatory requirements in mission-critical environments.

Related

          Article Topics

AI inference | AI/ML | edge AI | edge computing | Nvidia GPU | ruggedized servers

One Stop Systems (OSS) announced a $500,000 contract with a medical imaging OEM for providing ruggedized compute solutions…

[21
4565,4566,4323,4567,4568,4569,4570,86,56,54,55
0":"post-7819","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-computing","8":"tag-ai-inference","9":"tag-ai-ml","10":"tag-computing","11":"tag-edge-ai","12":"tag-edge-computing","13":"tag-nvidia-gpu","14":"tag-ruggedized-servers","15":"tag-technology","16":"tag-uk","17":"tag-united-kingdom","18":"tag-unitedkingdom
["GET
