{"id":782818,"date":"2026-09-26T03:24:12","date_gmt":"2026-09-26T03:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/782818\/"},"modified":"2026-09-26T03:24:12","modified_gmt":"2026-09-26T03:24:12","slug":"maine-ag-says-some-generic-drug-buyers-may-be-owed-money-from-settlements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/782818\/","title":{"rendered":"Maine AG says some generic drug buyers may be owed money from settlements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you filled certain generic prescriptions between 2009 and 2019, you may be owed some money.<\/p>\n<p>Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey is urging Mainers to check whether their medications qualify after settlements with drug companies accused of illegally inflating prices.<\/p>\n<p>A federal judge has preliminarily approved a plan to distribute the money from settlements totaling about $96.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>The full list of eligible drugs is available online.<\/p>\n<p>If you bought one of the medications between May 2009 and December 2019, you may be able to file a claim.<\/p>\n<p>The state says you can check your eligibility and file a claim online or by phone.<\/p>\n<p>You have until March 8, 2027, to apply.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aggenericdrugs.com\/English\/landing\/portalid\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CLICK HERE<\/a> for more information. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"If you filled certain generic prescriptions between 2009 and 2019, you may be owed some money.
