Taking to Instagram, Jeff Brazier shared a heartwarming look at his son’s recent homecoming, with a collection of photos from the party.

“I’m so grateful for our support network and full of love for the special people that show up for us. They are all really appreciated and loved.”

The pictures saw a number of family and friends in attendance, including Bobby’s younger brother Freddy, who was clearly glad to have him back.
