Patient Zero<\/a> becomes Taylor\u2019s eighth UK Number 1 single and her third of 2026, following Opalite<\/a> and Toy Story 5 track I Knew It, I Knew You<\/a>. It\u2019s her first year scoring three chart-topping singles. It means Taylor is now the only artist to achieve a hat-trick of UK Number 1 singles in 2026 so far.<\/p>\n

Fellow Encore tracks Cleveland<\/a> (3) and Babylon<\/a> (4) also debut, giving Taylor three of this week\u2019s Top 5.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Patient Zero\u2019s success makes The Life Of A Showgirl her first album to produce three UK Number 1 singles, joining The Fate Of Ophelia<\/a> and Opalite.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Taylor has now achieved the Official Chart Double with five distinct album-and-single pairings, claiming the feat in every calendar year since 2022.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s one of three Top 40 hits from CONFESSIONS II<\/a>, alongside Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> collaboration Bring Your Love<\/a> (29) and Kylie<\/a> team-up Love Sensation<\/a> (8). Finally, DJ Goja, Jason Derulo<\/a> and Melody bring the party as Mi Chico<\/a> breaks the Top 40 for the first time (36). The collaboration delivers a first UK Top 40 hit for both DJ Goja and Melody, and a 23rd for Derulo.<\/p>\n

Keo<\/a> have plenty to smile about as debut album Put A Smile On For Me<\/a> enters at Number 2.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The album racks up 23,500 chart units in its opening week. According to Official Charts Company data, that makes Keo the first UK male band in over 10 years to surpass 20,000 first-week units with a debut album, since Blossoms<\/a> achieved the feat with their self-titled record<\/a> in 2016.<\/p>\n

Finn, Conor, Jimmy and Oli also claim Number 1 on both the Official Vinyl Albums Chart<\/a> and Official Record Store Chart<\/a>, rounding off a big debut week for the four-piece.<\/p>\n
