\n SRS Independent Multi-Charity Fundraising Norfolk has lodged plans for its site on Greenway Lane in Fakenham.\n<\/p>\n
\n The venue was previously occupied by J Spalding, which closed its doors to customers several years ago.\n<\/p>\n
\n A supporting statement with the application said: “Following an enquiry to the Valuations Office Agency (VOA) it transpired that this property was still registered under the previous business, being an upholstery repair service.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\n “With regard to planning permissions, it was found that change of use for the charity shop, had never been submitted, as no one was aware of the need for this.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The charity shop started around March 2023. This application is therefore required to regularise the use of the property.”\n<\/p>\n
\n No other changes are earmarked for the site.\n<\/p>\n
\n A decision on the proposals is due to be made by North Norfolk District Council at a later date.\n<\/p>\n
