LONDON, Oct 5 (Reuters) – Britain’s judicial office said on Monday \u200ba court hearing would \u200ctake place on Thursday after Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, brother \u200bof King Charles, requested \u200bthat a judge examine \u2060the lawfulness of search \u200bwarrants that proceeded his \u200barrest in February.<\/p>\n

Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of leaking government \u200bdocuments to the \u200blate sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when \u200che \u2060was a special representative for trade between 2001 and 2011.<\/p>\n

Britain’s Thames Valley \u200bPolice \u200bconfirmed \u2060on Monday the force was engaged \u200bin legal proceedings \u200bin \u2060relation to the issuing of warrants. The hearing \u2060will \u200bbe in private, \u200bthe court said.<\/p>\n
