That said, it\u2019s firm over bumps and its practicality isn\u2019t the greatest.<\/p>\n We\u2019d highly recommend opting for the plug-in hybrid<\/a> version of this car, as it\u2019s the most economical of the bunch. These versions usually start from \u00a335,170, but I\u2019ve found one on Carwow\u2019s second-hand page for less than \u00a326,000. Nissan Qashqai The Nissan Qashqai<\/a> has been in the top 10 best-sellers list for quite some time. Volvo XC40 Finally, we have an SUV that\u2019s been around for a long time. The Volvo XC40<\/a> may be older than some of the other cars on this list, but it\u2019s still very practical, handsome and good to drive. It\u2019s a shame that it has an ageing interior design and a fiddly infotainment system.<\/p>\n The Volvo XC40 usually starts from \u00a336,860, but you can get a second-hand example through Carwow for a lot less.
