Congestion to J20 (Lymm Interchange).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Lanes one, two and three (of four) are closed.
