Anstey brings 30 years of construction experience, including nearly two decades at Mace, to the London-based employee-owned contractor.<\/p>\n

He will work closely with managing director Kevin P\u2019ng to strengthen resourcing, financial management and the links between pre-construction and delivery as BW drives its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n

His arrival heads a trio of senior appointments, coming two months after a boardroom reshuffle under new chief executive Anthony Brown.<\/p>\n

BW has also recruited Harsha Javvaji as project director and Billy Roden as health and safety director.<\/p>\n

Javvaji brings 18 years of experience delivering projects in Australia and the UK. He will work with managing director Paul Kavanagh to help win work and lead schemes from pre-construction through to completion.<\/p>\n

Roden joins with 25 years of experience, including time at Skanska. Working alongside chief operating officer Peter Nagle, he will lead health and safety, with a focus on accountability, safety by design and workforce wellbeing.<\/p>\n

The recruitment drive follows Brown\u2019s promotion from chief marketing officer to chief executive at the end of July, succeeding Steve Elliott after 12 years at the helm.<\/p>\n

BW subsequently promoted Nagle to chief operating officer and Kavanagh to managing director alongside P\u2019ng.<\/p>\n

The strengthened team will support expansion across BW\u2019s commercial workplace, higher education, legal, finance, technology and public sector markets.<\/p>\n
