It found that each additional year of gap between biological and chronological age was associated with a 15% increase in mortality risk. Deep Longevity was also named runner-up in the Nestl\u00e9 VITAL Smart Aging Global Challenge, which drew entries from 150 companies.<\/p>\nThat finding is about prediction, and a useful one if it holds up. It tells you that people with older-looking blood tend to face higher risk. It doesn\u2019t, by itself, show that choosing a treatment based on the score leads to better outcomes, and the release doesn\u2019t present data on that. It\u2019s the central open question for a service built on exactly that idea.<\/p>\n
Regent Pacific itself is a Hong Kong investment group holding stakes across healthcare, wellness and life sciences, and says it has returned approximately US$298 million to shareholders since its May 1997 IPO. Deep Longevity, for its part, says its clock technology measures biological and cognitive aging across multiple physiological systems. The board describes Accrua as a significant new source of future revenue and a second growth curve.<\/p>\n
A business case with a big comparison <\/p>\n
The commercial logic is laid out plainly. The company adds that there\u2019s no assurance Accrua will achieve comparable results, and a footnote says its revenues, if any, remain uncertain.<\/p>\n
Accrua is built to be asset-light. Clinical delivery runs through established US telehealth infrastructure partners and a network of independent licensed physicians and pharmacy and compounding partners, so Deep Longevity doesn\u2019t own clinical infrastructure or carry drug inventory. Revenue is expected to be mostly subscription-based. The platform is HIPAA-compliant and, the company says, will be LegitScript certified ahead of launch, with marketing initially focused on selected US states.<\/p>\n

Where it fits in longevity <\/p>\n
Biological age tests have mostly lived in the world of curiosity and clinics. Putting one at the gate of prescriptions is a different use, and it will invite a few reasonable questions. How well does the score track real health in an individual, as opposed to a population? What happens when quarterly numbers wobble? And does the clinician\u2019s judgment lead, or the report? Accrua\u2019s launch gives the field a real-world test of whether aging clocks can move from research tools to everyday medical decision-making. The evidence for that step will have to come after launch.<\/p>\n
