Michael Zerafa has been booed by a raucous Sydney crowd after declaring himself ready for Nikita Tszyu<\/a> \u2013 while also opening up on the bizarre knockdown ruling that came moments before his big KO win.<\/p>\n

Zerafa needed only a tick over two minutes to finish American Mikey Dahlman, with referee Les Fear waving the fight off as the Chicago native was being teed off on his corner.<\/p>\n

In what proved a crazy first – and only – round in Sydney, Zerafa landed a huge right hand early which wobbled Dahlman, but then appeared to slip himself, with referee Les Fear starting a count on the shocked Melburnian.<\/p>\n

Regardless, it all counted for little.<\/p>\n

Within moments, \u2018Pretty Boy\u2019 was again pouring it on, and quickly finishing.<\/p>\n

Yet while he already has a contract in place to face Tszyu in December, Australia\u2019s boxing bad boy refused to amp up the bad blood before the younger Tszyu sibling came out for the main event.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like Nikita, he\u2019s a good kid,\u201d Zerafa said. \u201cI\u2019m not fighting Nikita Tszyu tonight so I\u2019m in his corner.<\/p>\n

\u201cCome out and do you thing \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

But as for what happens when they do throw down?<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe I beat Nikita,\u201d Zerafa grinned as more than a couple of boos rained down.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s doing great things<\/p>\n

\u201cBeaten everything in front of him.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut there is more to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zerafa also revealed Fear had already apologised to him after initially ruling his slip a knockdown, and beginning to count.<\/p>\n

\u201cI said to the ref \u2018bad call\u2019,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe apologised and said \u2018I thought you fell\u2019.<\/p>\n
