It would not operate continuously.

The equipment would be installed within the existing fenced telecommunications compound, with the generator standing approximately 1.2 metres high.

The council granted prior approval for the development’s siting and appearance on October 14.

PL/26/06629/PAPCR | Prior Notification under Class MA of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 – Change of use of Class E (Commercial, Business and Service use) building to Class C3 (Dwellinghouses) building to provide nine apartments (7 x 2-bed and 2 x 1-bed). | P And A House Alma Road Chesham Buckinghamshire HP5 3HB

Nine flats at Chesham’s former printworks have secured prior approval despite parking objections, with separate habitats approval required before development.

PL/26/07073/EIASR | Request for an EIA Screening Opinion under Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental…

[22
1397,90,56,54,55
post-805414","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-environment","tag-environment","tag-science","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom","tag-unitedkingdom
["GET
