Bishop Fleming has named Paul Kurowski as an audit partner in its Birmingham office, as the chartered accountant and advisory practice expands its operations in the West Midlands, UK.<\/p>\n

Kurowski joins from Forvis Mazars, where he worked as an audit director for more than three years.<\/p>\n

In his new position, he will help develop Bishop Fleming\u2019s audit services in Birmingham, support its growing client base and strengthen relationships with businesses and intermediaries across the region.<\/p>\n

Kurowski will also work to bolster Bishop Fleming\u2019s presence among owner-managed and mid-market businesses in Birmingham and the West Midlands.<\/p>\n

He has more than 25 years of experience in industry and professional practice, during which he advised owner-managed businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, international groups and private equity-backed entities.<\/p>\n

Kurowski said: \u201cBishop Fleming\u2019s move into Birmingham has gained huge momentum and attracted some very experienced people from across the Birmingham market.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe local accountancy market has changed considerably in recent years, with consolidation among firms and some becoming increasingly national in their focus.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that has created a real opportunity for Bishop Fleming, particularly among owner-managed and mid-market businesses that really value close, long-term relationships with their advisers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have the breadth and expertise to support businesses as they grow, while retaining that personal approach.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bishop Fleming opened its Birmingham office in January 2025.<\/p>\n

Since then, its team has grown to nearly 40 people. The latest appointment also takes the number of partners to ten, including three dedicated to the audit service line.<\/p>\n
