King Charles<\/a> and Prince William<\/a> are \u201cwell aware\u201d of the royal power<\/a> that Mike Tindall<\/a> and his wife, Zara, hold, it has been claimed. Mike, who is celebrating his 48th birthday today<\/a>, and his wife are seen as a “huge boost” to the monarchy’s modern image<\/a>. The King and the Prince of Wales reportedly rely heavily on their down-to-earth appeal behind closed doors.<\/p>\n

Despite remaining firmly outside the fold of official working royals, Mike and Zara are widely considered a breath of fresh air for the monarchy.<\/p>\n

Grant Harrold, who served as a butler to King Charles for seven years, explained that while the Tindalls have absolutely no desire to take on official duties, their natural charm is a massive asset to the Palace.<\/p>\n

“They’re not working royals and, to be frank, they don’t want to be,” Mr Harrold revealed.<\/p>\n
