As the band played \u201cTeenagers,\u201d dancers dressed in outfits resembling the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders\u2019 uniforms took the stage, initially performing choreography before taking up rifles to protect MCR from militarized forces.<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn Oct. 21, 2026, Defendants staged \u2018The Black Parade,\u2019 a theatrical concert production set in a fictional dictatorship and featuring pyrotechnics and armed conflict,\u201d Pro Silver Star Ltd. said in its filing. \u201cAs part of that production, female performers took to the stage in the DCC Uniform\u2014and then armed themselves with rifles in a staged firefight, only to be depicted being shot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAudience members and online commentators understandably believed that the performers were the real Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and said so in social media posts that continue to circulate,\u201d the filing added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSilver Star is not litigious, and it takes no issue with MCR\u2019s music, its artistic ambitions, or any message Defendants seek to convey. Silver Star does not ask Defendants to change their setlist, narrative, politics, choreography, or even their decision to put gun-toting performers on stage. Silver Star asks only that those performers not wear the DCC Uniform while doing it.
