Lesley Maxwell is no stranger to flashing the flesh – and even we can’t believe she’s a woman in her late 60s.

While her obsession for fitness came at age of 48, the bodybuilder has had a busy few decades winning world champion titles and getting stuck into some gruelling workouts. She follows a strict training schedule and fills up with a healthy diet as many fans simply can’t believe her age. She often gets plenty of attention from men half her age and loves using her social media presence to showcase how hard work can pay off. And now in one of her latest posts, the Australian beauty flaunted her abs in a sexy bikini trend as she delivered a five-word remark to admirers.

In a post with her 144,000 followers on Instagram, the gran wrote: “Of course I took a little trip to the beach today. I think I’ll always love wearing bikinis,” as she concluded the post with a five-word cheeky remark: “I hope you don’t mind.”

In the snap, the blonde bombshell can be seen posing in just her bikini, showcasing her hard-rock abs and muscly arms.

She also let her hair down (quite literally) as she allowed her curly locks to flow by her shoulders. And in true Lesley fashion, she did wear a little bit of makeup for the occasion.

Fans couldn’t rush to her comments section fast enough with many cheering her on for displaying such gorgeous beauty.

One said: “Absolutely stunning.” Another added: “Omg absolutely stunning as always Lesley.” While a third commented: “Very beautiful, take care and stay safe.” And a fourth rushed to write: “Not at all, you look amazing and so inspiring at the beach.”

The gran loves spending a lot of time at the gym(Image: Instagram/ @lesleymaxwell.fitness)

The gran’s had quite a busy year as she entered a bodybuilding contest back in April. She followed a strict regime which allowed her to focus on training her lower body with every workout.

Lesley also made sure of including her signature ‘alternating’ sets so each lower body exercise is followed by an upper body move. As for cardio, she kept it to a minimum until closer to the event.

To really keep in check, she also followed a clean diet consisting of protein and fats. She previously told fans her food mainly focuses on eggs, steak and a piece of fruit daily.

[46
6647,102,103,56,54,55
post-813536","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-fitness","tag-fitness","tag-health","tag-instagram","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom","tag-unitedkingdom
["GET
