{"id":813618,"date":"2026-10-25T17:02:09","date_gmt":"2026-10-25T17:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/813618\/"},"modified":"2026-10-25T17:02:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-25T17:02:09","slug":"cycling-british-mums-to-tow-toddlers-1000km-across-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/813618\/","title":{"rendered":"Cycling British mums to tow toddlers 1,000km across Turkey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Since her accident, Ruck has competed in some of the most demanding off-road events, including the gruelling <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/uk-england-kent-67994541\" class=\"ssrcss-1e0jzsh-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">6,000km 2024 Africa Eco Race across the Sahara on a motorbike<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">But, she said, her life changed again &#8220;pretty dramatically&#8221; in 2024 when she became a mum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;Motherhood doesn&#8217;t mean adventure has to stop.
