He said he had worked the shifts “under the belief that the roles assigned” by the Your World healthcare agency “were appropriate to my level of experience and training”.<\/p>\n
The NMC said he had been dishonest because he knew he was not qualified to complete the shifts “but did so anyway”.<\/p>\n
It said he had “sought to deflect blame onto the agency” for booking him onto shifts and that his conduct “could have put patients at significant risk of harm”.<\/p>\n
The NMC said Asabre worked for the Oxford Health NHS Trust as a healthcare assistant between September 2021 and July 2022. <\/p>\n
He was qualified to work as a nursing associate. <\/p>\n
