Manny Pacquiao has still not won since 2019, after he was controversially awarded just a draw against Mario Barrios, who many believe he rightfully defeated.<\/p>\n

Manny Pacquiao<\/a> hit another bump in the road in his latest comeback attempt, as he fought to a draw four years after his first attempt ended in a loss to Yordenis Ugas.<\/p>\n

Despite being 46 years of age and having not won a fight in six years, \u2018Pac-Man\u2019 has vowed to fight on, and is rumored to be eyeing a fight with a new world champion coming off a big win.<\/p>\n

Jaron Ennis<\/a>\u2018 move up in weight meant Rolando \u2018Rolly\u2019 Romero was upgraded to a full world champion. This comes months after his win over Ryan Garcia<\/a>, and could mean Pacquiao vs Romero happens for a world title.<\/p>\n

One man who defeated Pacquiao in extremely controversial fashion has spoken out on this fight, and whether he thinks the Filipino fighter has what it takes.<\/p>\n

In 2017, 59-6-2 Pacquiao faced 16-0-1 Jeff Horn in Brisbane, Australia. <\/p>\n

Horn showed determination and aggression throughout the twelve rounds, but was the loser on many scorecards.<\/p>\n

According to BoxRec<\/a>, Teddy Atlas, Dan Rafael, and The Guardian, all scored the fight either 117-111 or 116-111 in favor of Pacquiao.<\/p>\n

And yet, at the end of the fight, onlookers were shocked and disgraced to hear scores of 117-111, 115-113, 115-113, all in favor of the hometown fighter \u2013 Jeff Horn.<\/p>\n

Horn spoke recently to Fight Hub TV about Pacquiao\u2019s comeback, and was asked whether he believes Pac-Man could beat Romero.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, probably. Rolly\u2019s a lot younger [\u2026] I mean a prime Manny Pacquiao, sure he beats Rolly but at the stage now, even with what Pacquiao showed against Barrios\u2026 [\u2026] I don\u2019t know, it\u2019s just hard for me to fathom, at 46 years old Manny Pacquiao doing what he\u2019s doing right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pacquiao\u2019s sparring partner believes he bulldozes Romero<\/a>, and Jeff Mayweather thinks Pacquiao vs Romero is the right fight<\/a> to make.<\/p>\n

Another Australian is calling out Manny Pacquiao\u2019s name<\/p>\n

Later in the interview, Horn spoke on how he paved the way for Australian boxers to fly the flag with pride for their country, and mentioned another name who is aching for the Pacquiao fight.<\/p>\n

\u201cGuys that I\u2019ve worked with, like Liam Paro, are doing superb things in the sport. I know Paro is willing and calling out Manny Pacquiao as well, going \u2018I\u2019m ready, I\u2019m up there at the top and if you wanna keep fighting, come give me a crack.’\u201d<\/p>\n
