Just make sure you eat in a <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/why-calorie-deficit-is-crucial-for-weight-loss-and-how-to-successfully-achieve-it-101683889558164.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"calorie deficit\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">calorie deficit<\/a> (Also use smaller plates instead),\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>2. According to her, \u201cSugar is the real enemy: cut down on sodas, juice, and pastries, and you\u2019ll see results faster.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>5. Amaka shared, \u201cStrength training is far better than endless cardio: lifting weights burns fat even while you\u2019re resting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> \u2018Just focus on being consistent\u2019<\/p>\n<p>6. The fitness coach also made a case for drinking water before and after meals. \u201cThis is key to staying satisfied with your meal portions and stopping overeating. This is a good hack to avoid going for an extra because you will be too full,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>8. Amaka also said, \u201cDon\u2019t chase perfection. Please just focus on being consistent, because that will bring you true and lasting results.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>9. According to her, \u201cThe scale lies honestly&#8230; just focus on measurements, constantly take pictures and use that to determine your progress and also how your clothes fit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>10. \u201cBe patient and trust the process, show up each day, set daily and weekly goals and set a rule to achieve them at least 80 percent, as these add up to big results and be assured the results will show, and you will be glad you stayed consistent till the end,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Need more weight loss suggestions?
