Administrators Chris Latos and Tom D\u2019Arcy of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed on August 4 this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegazette.co.uk\/notice\/4943973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">according to The Gazette<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Accounts for the year to March 31, 2023 show that the company, whose sole director is a Mr Nadeem Sarwar, had net liabilities of \u00a3578,920, compared to net assets of \u00a36,649 the previous year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The company\u2019s 2023-24 accounts have been outstanding since March 31 this year according to the Companies House website.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Universal Pharmacy dispensed 17,968 prescription items in April 2025, the last month for which NHS dispensing data is available.
