\n “Early on in the journey, I\u2019d say for the first four years or so, Aaron [Johnson] and I were running the classes ourselves.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\n Aaron is a good friend of Nathan\u2019s and joined the business in 2018 when the gym in Attleborough opened.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n He then became a\u00a0company director in 2021,\u00a0a role he remains in today.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cI told him when he came in, you\u2019re going to need to bring in enough people to give yourself a wage, because the company can\u2019t afford to pay you.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cWhenever people needed to improve their fitness in the area, it was always ‘go and see Nathan and Aaron’!\u201d\n<\/p>\n

Nathan and Aaron have ambitions of making \u00a31m profit this year\u00a0(Image: Nathan Gostling) Nowadays, Nathan says\u00a0his job mostly consists of helping streamline the business and looking at finding new locations.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cWe\u2019ve got a goal of making \u00a31m profit per year,\u201d Nathan added.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cThe money isn\u2019t what\u2019s important to us, but it\u2019s a good indicator of how a business is being run.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cIt feels like things are just speeding up now. We’re able to offer apprenticeships ourselves, which is a really nice, full-circle moment for me.\n<\/p>\n
