I lost weight, I lost over 50lbs,&#8217; she revealed in the beginning of a <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@bethaniekendra\/video\/7528419488044272918\">video<\/a> posted to social media.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The social media star shared progress photos of her weight-loss, pointing to a picture of her stomach before she began her\u00a0journey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She then cut to an image of her lower body, which appeared tanned and toned in an electric blue gym set, having spent several months working on her figure.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;The only way you can <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/weight_loss\/index.html\" id=\"mol-bb72ba90-7e7f-11f0-8eb5-699b44481426\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">lose weight<\/a>\u00a0is a calorie deficit. Pictured before her weight-loss<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Bethanie eats a high-protein diet consisting of wholefoods, healthy fats and fibre, and is expert at practising &#8216;portion control&#8217; to keep her figure trim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She insisted that she has never counted calories but has instead focused on eating &#8216;intuitively&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She also emphasised the importance of &#8216;balance, moderation&#8217; and &#8216;healing your relationship with food&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She says she has never used &#8216;fad diets&#8217; but instead made small lifestyle changes that she knew she could keep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;It&#8217;s all about a change of lifestyle so that it can be long term thing,&#8217; she told her followers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Alongside eating a healthy diet, Bethanie also took up a new form of exercise, one which she now believes is responsible for her incredible transformation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;The second thing I&#8217;ve done is Pilates, specifically strength Pilates &#8211; so with light weights,&#8217; she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;This is honestly all I&#8217;ve done.
