Nicolas Jackson\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Chelsea<\/a>\u00a0career appears over and he’s now almost certain to depart Stamford Bridge over the coming weeks. Jackson has split opinion amongst the Blues faithful since arriving from Villareal with his potential often weighted against his erraticness. The 24-year-old has netted 30 goals in 81 appearances for the West London club but he\u2019s fallen down the pecking order this summer. The arrivals of Liam Delap<\/a>\u00a0and Jo\u00e3o Pedro<\/a>\u00a0signalled the end for Jackson and he’s not played a single minute in their opening two Premier League games.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n David Ornstein<\/a> has reported that Chelsea are \u2018not desperate\u2019 to sell Jackson this summer but he\u2019s amassed potential suitors amongst Premier League and European clubs. It\u2019s understood that some clubs will move for Jackson if they can\u2019t secure their priority targets, while others will pursue the Senegalese international regardless. It\u2019s understood that Chelsea value Jackson in excess of \u20ac80m and that asking price will likely deter a host of potential suitors. Therefore, we\u2019ve examined five potential transfer destinations for Jackson this summer – either in a permanent deal or on loan.<\/p>\n \nFive potential Nicolas Jackson transfer destinations<\/p>\n Bayern Munich\u00a0<\/p>\n The Bundesliga champions have reportedly agreed person terms with Jackson and they want a loan deal for the striker. Harry Kane is the main number nine at Bayern but Jackson could provide back-up with the Englishman entering the twilight years of his career. Jackson could be extremely effective option for Bayern and it could prove a relatively cost-effective deal.<\/p>\n Newcastle United<\/p>\n Newcastle<\/a>\u00a0have lost the race to sign Benjamin Sesko with the Slovenian international on the verge of joining Manchester United. Newcastle are known admirers of Jackson and their interest could accelerate now that has Sesko decided against moving to St James Park. Newcastle have money to spend this summer but they\u2019ve already been rebuffed by several top targets. If Newcastle can\u2019t entice their priority target to the North East then they could look at Jackson. It\u2019s been reported that Chelsea have already offered Jackson to Newcastle this summer and a deal could be agreed as the Magpies need to add another striker to their ranks.<\/p>\n AC Milan<\/p>\n Like Newcastle, AC Milan<\/a>\u00a0have also been offered the chance to sign Jackson this summer but the Italian giants wouldn\u2019t be able to afford a permanent deal. Serie A clubs\u2019 general preference is to initially loan players and include buy-options in the deal. Chelsea, however, want any future clause to be an obligation to buy rather than an option and that could complicate negotiations with AC Milan. Massimiliano Allegri<\/a>\u00a0has returned to I Rossoneri, tasked with reviving the fallen giants after they missed out on European football qualification last season. Santiago Gimenez<\/a>\u00a0is currently the only recognised striker in AC Milan\u2019s squad and Jackson would provide an upgrade on the Mexican international.<\/p>\n Juventus<\/p>\n Juventus<\/a>\u00a0are the most decorated club in Italy with 36 Scuddettos in their history but they haven\u2019t won the title since 2020 – which was their ninth in a row. The Old Lady have stumbled in recent years and they\u2019ve been one of the worst run clubs in Europe, regularly making glaring mistakes in the transfer window. Juventus, however, secured Champions League qualification on the final day of last season and they\u2019ll be desperate to close the gap to Napoli and Inter Milan next season. Juve have already strengthened their striking department with the arrival of Jonathan David<\/a>\u00a0on a free transfer but they want to add another attacker with Dusan Vlahovic\u2019s future uncertain. Randal Kolo Muani<\/a>\u00a0is their priority target after an impressive loan spell but Jackson has been linked as a possible alternative.<\/p>\n Aston Villa<\/p>\n It\u2019s been a very quiet window so far at Aston Villa<\/a>\u00a0as they are under pressure due to PSR regulations. Missing out on Champions League qualification on the final day of the Premier League was a massive blow for Villa and has severely restricted their ability to spend this summer. Unai Emery\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0men have only spent \u20ac7m on Yasin Ozcan and future arrivals will be dependent on sales. Watkins remains the only recognised striker on Villa\u2019s books and they need to provide competition to the England international. They\u2019ve not replaced Jhon Duran<\/a>\u00a0but Jackson worked under Emery at Villareal and a reunion could be on the cards.
