One of the most anticipated new horror movies this coming Fall<\/a> is director Ben Leonberg\u2019s Good Boy, which traps a canine protagonist inside a haunted house. The film\u2019s official trailer became a huge topic of conversation\u00a0on the internet last week, and IFC is responding to the buzz and social media chatter by expanding their original theatrical plans for this Good Boy.<\/p>\n

Entertainment Weekly<\/a> reports that Good Boy will \u201cnow receive a wide release from IFC.\u201d The original plan, the site notes, was to bring the film only to limited\/select theaters. This decision has come in the wake of Google searches for the film spiking \u2013 most are looking to make sure the canine lead survives the movie! \u2013 and the official trailer hitting almost 2 million views.<\/p>\n
