Kim Kardashian has been criticised by fans for allowing her daughter North, 12, who she shares with ex Kanye West, for wearing a corset and mini skirt on an afternoon out together<\/p>\n

Kim Kardashian<\/a> has been criticised after her daughter North, 12, was spotted wearing a corset and mini skirt on an evening out with her mum. The family are currently on holiday in Rome, Italy but fans took issue with the not-yet teenager’s outfit.<\/a><\/p>\n

North had her electric blue hair styled in pigtails and towered above her mother in a pair of chunky platform boots. North – who Kim has described as a budding fashionista – completed her look with a denim skirt and black strapless top.<\/p>\n

Proud mum Kim walked beside her dressed in a black silk maxi dress that appeared to flash her bra underneath.<\/p>\n

However, angry fans took to social media to fume over the outfit choices. One wrote: “Why does North look so grown?” as a second added: “What 12 year old wears a corset ???? Kim really doesn\u2019t know how to be a sensible parent.”<\/p>\n

A third shared: “I swear north only dresses hyper femme like this when she’s with Kim. Normally she’s in oversized baggy clothes.” A fifth penned: “North being 12 years old is insane to me.”<\/p>\n

North’s dad Kanye has previously been at odds with Kim with their parenting styles. Sharing a photo of North at Coachella he penned: “As a dad I didn’t love this. 11 year-old with make up.”<\/p>\n

North previously opened up about being in the spotlight – and the daughter of former power couple Kim Kardashian<\/a> and rapper Kanye<\/a>. Kim and Kanye are now divorced, and the latter is with Bianca Censori.<\/a><\/p>\n

Asked if she likes being on camera, she said: “I like taking pictures of myself, but I don\u2019t like when paparazzi do. When I just woke up and there\u2019s so much paparazzi, I\u2019m like, ‘Yo, I\u2019m going to sue you.’<\/p>\n

“If I\u2019m ready, if I\u2019m not tired, if my outfit\u2019s good, I\u2019m like, ‘Okay, I could take a picture.'” And when her mum asked if she had a superpower, what would it be, she added: “I always wanted to pause time.<\/p>\n

“When I was in class one day last year, I was like, ‘I want to pause time and get all my work done, and then run out of class and go to Starbucks, and then go around to Japan and then go everywhere!'”<\/p>\n

North and Kim also showed off her look on a TikTok post, where the pair share a joint account. North and Kim are on holiday in Italy alongside the rest of the family. Kim also has Psalm, six, Chicago, seven, and Saint, nine, with her ex Kanye.<\/p>\n

Speaking about her daughter’s love of fashion, she said: “Every time I come to the Met I love bringing my oldest daughter with me, just to see me get ready and all her aunties are in the hotel, and we’re all getting ready together, so it’s just a fun few days.”<\/p>\n

Explaining what her daughter taught her about fashion, she added: “She’s a big critiquer, but it’s pretty good, you know, her critiquing,” she said. “But you know just be yourself, right?<\/p>\n

“She’s … also, I think, in a really positive place, like vibe, right now, where it’s just like, ‘Hey, even if that’s not my style, I’m not going to critique that because just be you and if you like that then that’s what you should be into.’ So, I love that energy, and so she was such a positive force tonight, like it was great.”<\/p>\n
